Professional Experience

Victor M. Seda-Figueroa is a Registered Land Surveyor authorized to practice Land Surveying and Topography in Puerto Rico and active member of the Puerto Rico College of Engineers and Surveyors (C.I.A.P.R.). He started working for a contractors company in 1992. Four years later, his surveying work requirements were growing up, and then he decided to create his own businesses: VS Surveying Services, Surveytec Consulting Group and V. Seda & Associates, PSC. Now, he is offering Surveying Services with the highest quality standards based on his 28 years’ experience in related fields.
